Colorado Springs, Colorado

The May Museum houses one man's extensive collection of insects and bugs and beetles and butterflies... Over one hundred thousand invertebrates, with about 8000 on display. In the 1940's John May built a permanent Museum and headquarters building nine miles southwest of Colorado Springs and one mile west of Highway 115. The World's Largest Hercules Beetle marks the turnoff to the Museum.
